At G.O.T. Yoga, our mission is to provide high-quality yoga classes that are accessible and fun for everyone. Our classes are arranged so that you can relax while enjoying the goats and getting in a great workout. We give everyone an opportunity before class to have a goat jump on their back so that they know what to expect. We hope that everyone has a fun experience filled with laughter, good people, and of course lots of goats.
We do our best to ensure that everyone gets a good picture/group picture with the goats. At the end of each class we post a link to Facebook/Instagram with all of the photos.
Cara Reynolds is a registered yoga instructor and has been called the Mary Poppins of yoga, as she brings a cheery, positive, vibrant energy to her classes. Her initial study and practice began in 2003 and has been teaching yoga since 2008. She received her Hatha Yoga 200 Hour Teaching Training from Yoga Oasis and holds the designation of
Cara Reynolds is a registered yoga instructor and has been called the Mary Poppins of yoga, as she brings a cheery, positive, vibrant energy to her classes. Her initial study and practice began in 2003 and has been teaching yoga since 2008. She received her Hatha Yoga 200 Hour Teaching Training from Yoga Oasis and holds the designation of E-RYT 200 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) certification from the Yoga Alliance. Her additional experience includes certification as an instructor of Les Mills BodyFlow and completion of training in Pilates, under Becca Franks. She received her B.A. in Elementary Education with a minor in dance; and her M.E.d. in Educational Leadership. Cara currently teaches yoga and dance at The Gregory Schools from grades 5-12, and she instructs classes at several yoga studios throughout Tucson. The goats couldn't be happier having worked with Cara since 2019.
We have group classes available almost every Saturday. Which are held primarily at Morris K. Udall Park. In addition, we offer classes Sundays at Silverbell Park. Be sure to check our instagram or Facebook for weekly updates and any time changes. We welcome you to give us a try!

Be sure to wear a t-shirt, long sleeve, or sweatshirt to prevent any scratches from the goats hooves.
At G.O.T. Yoga, we strive to provide our students with a safe and welcoming environment where they can explore and deepen their yoga practice with the help of the goats of course. Goat Yoga has been proven to reduce anxiety, reduce pain and even reduce stress. Goat yoga is practiced to bring a smile, laughs and give people a break from everyday stresses in life. Our yoga classes are for beginners all the way to advanced Yoga. We allow you to decide how hard to push yourself in each session. The classes we have focus on the use of several goats that will interact with you throughout the class. Sometimes the goats will jump on your back or be gently placed on your back for added pressure for stretches, strength building as well as the added benefit of a relaxing back massage by little goat hooves.
